Day 2 第二天
今天，我们到海南大学参加开幕仪式。 午餐后，到文昌观看未来的太空发射区，参观椰子工厂，同时也参观文昌中学。 回到酒店，已经是晚上10点45分了 ！！
Proceeded to Hainan University for opening ceremony, watching student performance, lunch. Then left for WenChang, visited the site for future rocket launching station, coconut factory and WenChang secondary school for more performance and dinner there. Tonight, we are checked-in to Waika International hotel.
Today ended late. Back to hotel around 10.45pm.
Day 3 第三天
今天，离开文昌， 到琼海波敖亚洲会谭。参观会议中心等。也到兴隆农场，
参加者每人种植一棵纪念树。晚上，我们在兴隆农场享用烧烤晚餐。再者，我们也表演有
关文莱水乡的马来诗。

Left WenChang city immediately after breakfast.1st stop (1 1/2 hrs), visited International Center of
Qionghai city, Boao Forum Asia. Toured the center and having lunch there. 2nd stop, visited Xinglong
tropic botanic garden and the highlight is each one of us did a tree planting.

Checked-in to Xinglong hotspring hotel around 5.15pm. Dinner started at 6pm, it’s open air barbeque
catered by hotel and party time for all. Brunei group contributed a presenter (female) for the night and
also a group performance on “Kampung Air” poem. It all ended 10pm.
Day 4 (11Dec)
离开兴隆农场到兴隆热带雨林博物馆参观。? 之后，到三亚用午餐。 由于时间的关系
我们没有下车参观亚龙湾， 而直接到天涯海角。 之后，我们到南山酒店。

Checked out from Xinlong hotspring hotel. 1st stop, visited Xinlong tropic
rain forest museum. Then left for Sanya city (1 hr drive) and having lunch
in a seafood restaurant in the city centre. Due to time limitation, our bus
just passed by the Yalong Bay? and Beauty crown contest centre without going
down, and went straight to Tian Ya Hai Jiao park. We spent 2 hours there and
by 4.30pm we left for Nanshan hotel

Dinner at the hotel restaurant itself and free programme for all for the
night. Brunei group decided to have a small gathering among ourselves and
sharing individual experience and excitement. Good to hear everyone is so
happy and co-operative.
Day 5 (12 Dec)
今天，参观南山文化公园。文莱代表也在今天交纪念锦旗给主办单位。我们也参与晚上的水饺制作比赛。

No hotel checking out today. Spent the whole day in Nanshan Buddhism Culture Park. Today is a bit
special for Brunei group. Immediately after breakfast, there was a quick ceremony between us and
officials from the Foreign & Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Hainan Province. We officially handed
over the gift (flag) to their head and a brief words from both sides, and a photo session as well.
The head (Mr Phan Sien Mey) is very pleased with the arrangement for this morning’s brief ceremony
and our contribution in this year winter camp so far. We (Brunei group) have purposely chosen
Sanya Nanshan park to do that with our Brunei’s shirts on.

Nanshan park is a huge with lot of temples and the most fascinating of all, a 108M tall Guan Yin statue,
and many more cultural things to see. We spent the whole morning touring around and praying a lot.
The latter is my main objective to come over. Towards afternoon, we have an essay writing competition
and everyone is asked to stay in the room to do it. Brunei group has all done and to be submitted by
tomorrow’s breakfast time.

During dinner, there was also a Chinese dumpling (chui kiaw) making completion. Each country
contributed 3 participants and Brunei did quite well though. The first prize went to Thailand,
Malaysia 2nd and next Indonesia.That is the end of today’s programme.
Day 6 (13 Dec)

Day 7 (14 Dec) Final Day
第7天，也是我们活动的最后一天。团员各自回乡探亲。 下午4点，回到海口酒店。4点
半， 我们出发到海口第一中学，参加冬令营闭幕仪式。
文莱团员们在活动上，赢得了四个奖项。
我们在晚上10点，带作依依不舍的心情回酒店，结束了今年的冬令营活动。

Today is final day and free programme for all during the day. Brunei group
left for Wenchang city early morning and visited relatives at kampung
nearby. Returned to Haikou 4pm.? ? ?

We left for Haikou No.1 Secondary school at 4.30pm from hotel. Upon arrival,
we were given a brief tour of the school? and dinner was served at school’s
dining hall at 6pm. The closing ceremony started at 7.30pm at the school’s
grand hall. Officials from The Foreign & Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of
Hainan Province, school board of directors and school students attended this
grand event. The programme started with speech by the head of The Foreign &
Overseas Chinese Affairs Office followed by school Principal. Next is the
prizes presentation ceremony. Brunei group has won 4 awards out of 15
categories. Well done!! The last part was the show time and it was performed
by both school students and winter camp participants. Brunei group has
representatives in various group shows.

During the show time, Thailand group has presented us a gift (mini flag).
The ceremony ended around 10pm and we went back to hotel reluctantly.
Everyone seemed not having enough.
